Within Canada, orders are shipped using Canada Post and hence, will come with tracking information. Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of my control. Please make sure the shipping address that you provide is correct. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. All products/items ordered within an order will be shipped to one address only. Orders cannot be split to ship to different addresses. Puraka Studios is not liable or responsible for any packages lost or stolen that track as delivered. You must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
PICK UP SERVICE
Local customers who wish to pick up their orders from my home studio in Whitby, Ontario can opt to choose "local pick-up" option on the shipping information page. This way they won't be charged for shipping and should contact me directly to schedule a pick up. The pick up individual will be required to show the order confirmation email sent to the original email address. If someone else will be coming to pick the order on your behalf, please email us with the person's contact information as an identification using any photo ID will be required at the time of the pick up.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping internationally. However, in the near future we have plans to start shipping within the North America.
