Palo Santo 100% Soy Wax Tarts/Melts

The intensity of fragrance will depend on your room size, temperature of the room and amount of wax used. For best results, always close your windows in the room you are burning the wax if there is a draft you may notice your wax melt won't melt & a decrease in scent throw. 

Wax Melt Burner (non-electrical) Failure to follow these instructions could result in a fire hazard.  

•Never leave a burning candle (tea light) unattended.  

• Remove all packaging before use. Add one disk of the wax melt at a time until the required melted wax fill is reached. Do not over fill the wax melt burner as wax may spill over and cause serious burns or damage. 

• Only use with a good quality tea light. Do not use with oversized tea-light, votives or other candles.  

• Keep the Wax Melt Burner and tea-light out of the reach of children and pets.  

• Do not burn the tea-light or leave the wax melt burner on or near anything that can catch fire.  

• Keep foreign objects out of the wax pool.  

• Extinguish the tea-light if the flame becomes enlarged, makes contact with the wax melt burner, or begins to smoke.  

• Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame. Once extinguished allow wax melt burner to cool before moving. 

If wax remains in the burner bowl after use and you wish to remove it, you can soak up the melted wax with cotton balls or if the wax has hardened, light a tealight in the burner for 1 minute and the hardened wax will pop out in one piece.  Do not use metal or sharp objects to clean out wax as this may crack or damage the burner or cause injury.  

•Shipping upgrades are available at additional cost in accordance with CANADA POST service charges. 

•If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. 

•Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of my control. 

•Please make sure the shipping address that you provide is correct. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be 

changed and a new order must be created.   

•If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address.  

•All products/items ordered within an order will be shipped to one address only.  

•Orders cannot be split to ship to different addresses. 

•Puraka Studios Co. is not liable or responsible for any packages lost or stolen that track as delivered. You must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.  

Local customers who wish to pick up their orders from my home studio in Whitby, Ontario can opt to choose "local pick-up" option on the shipping information page. This way they won't be charged for shipping can contact me directly to schedule a pick up. All pick-up orders will come with complete packaging and shipping boxes for product protection and aesthetics. 

The pick up individual will be required to show the order confirmation email sent to the original email address. If someone else will be coming to pick the order on your behalf, please email us with the person's contact information.
